Travel information & Covid-19
Our Covid-19 booking policy
Bookings made for Winter 2021-22 are protected by our money back guarantee.
If, because of government action, you are unable to travel to Italy, we will refund all monies paid if you cancel between 7 days and 72 hours before travel (depending on the accommodation booked. Full details will be given at time of booking). Should you be unable to carry out your holiday in Italy because of of the introduction of quarantine restrictions by the Italian government, or should there be a total closure of ski resorts due to a lockdown, or should the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office restrict travel abroad making your holiday impossible, then we will refund all monies paid.
Cancellations for other reasons other than Government action making your holiday impossible will be subject to our normal booking conditions as published here. By booking with us you agree to purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance as soon as you book your holiday in order to cover other eventualities such as airline schedule changes and illness.
Italy currently operates the Green Pass system which means that you have to show evidence of full vaccination (2 doses of an EU approved vaccine) in order to enter most enclosed spaces such as hotels, restaurants and bars etc. The NHS Covid App has been approved for use abroad but we recommend also printing out a copy of your vaccination record from the app which contains a QR code. The QR code is valid for 30 days.
